HLV Transilvania srl a fost fondata in 1998, Sibiu, Romania.
- In 2002 impreuna cu 3 parteneri a fost achizitionata Fabrica de Cherestea din Talmaciu din apropierea Sibiului, unde se produc 16000 mc/an.
- In aceast locatie a fost dezvoltat sectorul de exploatare si transport care proceseaza 80000 mc/an.
- In 2004 a fost achizitionata o alta companie: Sargetia SA (Orastie, Hunedoara) unde se produc 10000 mc/an de cherestea de fag.
- In Talmaciu sectorul de exploatare si transport detine un parc auto / atelier specializat in service pentru masini forestiere.

History:

- HLV Transilvania srl was founded in 1998, Sibiu , Romania .
- In 2002 along with cu 3 partners was acquired the sawmill in Talmaciu, near Sibiu , where there were produced 16000 cm/yr.
- In this location was developed a harvesting and transporting sector that process 80.000 cm/yr.
- In 2004 we acquired another company: Sargetia SA (Orastie, Hunedoara) where we produced 10000 cm/yr beech timber.
- In Talmaciu the harvesting and transportation sector has its own auto garage / service specialized in forestry machinery.
